Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Rite Books. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.

Returns

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Books must be in their original, unread condition to be eligible for a return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

Stickers, patches, and apparel are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
