We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Rite Books. DAMAGED ITEMS If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or issue a full refund. WRONG ITEM If you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will send the correct item with a prepaid return label. RETURNS We handle returns case-by-case. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Books must be in original, unread condition. Return shipping is the buyer responsibility unless due to our error. REFUND PROCESSING Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method. NON-RETURNABLE Stickers, patches, and apparel are final sale unless damaged or defective.
