This bundle collects five books that provide primary and near-primary source material on the major fascist movements of the interwar period: British, German, Italian, and Spanish. These are not secondaries or academic interpretations. They are the voices of the participants and the documents they produced, assembled for the reader who wants to study fascism in its own words rather than through the filter of postwar commentary.

B.U.F: Oswald Mosley and British Fascism by James Drennan is a contemporary account of the British Union of Fascists, written during Mosley's active period. Drennan provides the organizational history, the ideological platform, and the political context of the most significant fascist movement in British history.

Battle for Berlin by Joseph Goebbels is the Nazi propaganda minister's own account of the NSDAP's campaign to win Berlin in the late Weimar period. It is a manual of political street-fighting, propaganda technique, and organizational warfare, written by the man who executed the strategy.

Voce del Popolo collects Benito Mussolini's major speeches in English translation. The speeches span the period from the March on Rome through the consolidation of the Fascist state, and they provide the rhetorical framework of Italian Fascism in Mussolini's own voice.

The Philosophy of Marx by Giovanni Gentile is the Italian Fascist philosopher's engagement with Marxism. Gentile, who became the chief intellectual architect of the Fascist state, reads Marx through an idealist lens and argues that Fascism, not communism, is the true heir of the Hegelian tradition.

Spain 1923-48: Civil War and World War by Arthur Loveday provides a first-hand British account of the Spanish experience from the Primo de Rivera dictatorship through the Civil War to the early Franco period. Loveday was sympathetic to the Nationalist cause and provides detailed coverage of the military campaigns, the role of the Church, and the international dimensions of the conflict.
