Philosophy, history, classics, political theory, and the occasional overlooked gem you won't find on a bestseller table. If a book made it into our store, it's because we believe it's worth your time.
Is RITE Books legit?
Yes. RITE is a small independent press and shop run by real people, and we have shipped thousands of orders to readers who take these books as seriously as we do. Checkout runs through Shopify's secure payment system, and every order is backed by our guarantee. If anything ever goes wrong, you deal with a person, not a call center.
How long does shipping take?
As we're just starting out and growing our operations, please bear with us — current delivery times are running 1–2 weeks if on hand, and 2-4 weeks for some titles from order to doorstep. Please send us an Email and we will give you a precise update on your order. We appreciate your patience as we build something worth waiting for. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How Is my personal information and payment data stored/used?
Our store runs on Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the same security standard used by major banks and Fortune 500 retailers. Your payment details are encrypted end-to-end and processed through trusted gateways like Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Shop Pay, meaning we never see, store, or have access to your full credit card information. Your name, address, and email are used solely to fulfill your order and send shipping updates. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
When you order from us, you're buying from a real company with a real team that stands behind every shipment. If something ever goes wrong, you have a real human to email and a real business to hold accountable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Keep in mind that customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country. Please look up the laws and regulations regarding purchasing books on our store for your specific country - or reference our guide on which books are not allowed in specific countries (EU).
I can't find a book I'm looking for. Can you get it?
Probably. Our website shows a curated selection, but we have access to a much larger catalog through our distributor network. Send us a message with the title and author, and we'll let you know if we can source it and how long it'll take.
What condition are the books in?
New. We do not sell worn or damaged copies. Every book is a fresh edition, chosen and packed with care. If something arrives damaged in transit, just tell us and we will replace it.
What if something isn't right with my order?
Reply to any email from us and a real person answers, usually the same day. If a book shows up damaged, wrong, or not what you expected, we will make it right. You are never stuck with a bad order.
