Muammar Gaddafi's 1975 manifesto: his "Third Universal Theory," combining a rejection of both capitalism and communism with Islamic socialism and direct democracy. It's short, strange, and was for decades the closest thing Libya had to a constitution. Historically significant whether you think it's prophecy or pablum.
