The Camp of the Saints by Jean Raspail (1973) is the French novel that imagined a fleet of impoverished migrants sailing from the Ganges to the south coast of France while the entire apparatus of liberal civilization, government, media, churches, collapses in a crisis of guilt and indecision. The book was prophetic in its broad outlines and remains one of the most controversial novels in the French language. It is a work of fiction, not a policy document, and it should be read as such.

Sword of Christ by Giles Corey is the theological companion piece: a polemic for muscular, explicitly political Christianity against the passive, therapeutic, and Zionist-captured evangelicalism that Corey regards as a betrayal of the faith. The book draws on Church Fathers, medieval theologians, and the European conservative tradition to argue that Christian men have an obligation to defend their nations.

Spain 1923-48: Civil War and World War by Arthur Loveday is a first-hand account of Spain's experience from the Primo de Rivera dictatorship through the Civil War and into the early Franco period. Loveday, a British observer sympathetic to the Nationalist cause, provides a detailed record of the Spanish right's successful counter-revolution against the Popular Front, including the role of the Catholic Church.
